Consignment & Sales Agreement.

 

I, (we), the undersigned, hereby consign and deliver possession of my (our) vehicle to (Consignee) Divine AutoMarket Inc. DBA Dennig Cars (Dealer # 59546) for the sole purpose of selling and paying, to the Consignor or his/her designee from the proceeds of the sale of the vehicle, the amount agreed upon under terms of this agreement. This agreement is valid for a minimum period of sixty (60) days from this date.

 

At the termination of the agreement, the Consignee shall return the vehicle to the Consignor, or at the option of both parties, enter into a new agreement.

 

If the consignee sells the vehicle during the term of the agreement, all monies due to the Consignor shall be disbursed within twenty (20) days after the sale (upon receipt of the properly executed title) in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Consignee will notify Consignor of offers received, and the Consignor has the option of adjusting the net amount. The adjusted amount will be acknowledged via fax by way of a Consignee net modification form.

 

A combined consignment & inspection fee of $450.00 includes advertising, safety check & smog certificate. Should the consignment vehicle not pass the smog and safety inspection, the consignment fee of $450.00 will be refunded less $150.00.  INITIALS___________    

 

The consigned vehicle is delivered to the consignee in trust for the exact terms of this agreement. It is further agreed that the Consignee or its Agents assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to the above mentioned property by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. The Consignor is required to keep all insurance policies in effect until the vehicle is sold in accordance with this agreement.
